Learn about The world of Ibogaine and Spirit Plant Medicines

In the last month I have had the honor of attending both the Global Ibogaine Conference and the Spirit Plant Medicine conference, both of which were held in downtown Vancouver, a short journey from my home on the East end.  The introduction to sacred plant medicines and ritual practices when working with people dealing with extreme symptoms, including brain injury, mental / emotional imbalances, physical disabilities, diseases, chronic pain, spiritual crisis, important life questions, and anything involving the psycho-spiritual, and also physical processes of transformation, may be the frontier of medicine and healing for the world.

Below are some links to the organizations associated with hosting these conferences, as well as additional information that I have discovered during my research.  My particular interest is learning how these sacred plant medicines, and specifically the alkaloids, can help heal the brain, as well as other regenerative functions associated with cell and nerve functioning throughout the body.  Much of this work, as you will discover, is still considered on the fringe end of the spectrum, with regards to both law and social convention, and yet almost all individuals who seem to come into contact with these sacraments and practices find lasting healing benefits and profound life changes that give them a wider  capacity with which to navigate their lives.
